【IC Net Limited】Exploring together - Developing together

IC Net Limited was established in 1993 to contribute to the strengthening of social and institutional aspects of Japan’s assistance to developing countries. Its aim is to provide high quality consulting services to improve effectiveness of development projects and programs by Japan’s ODA and international organizations.

Since then, we have provided not only consulting services in development, but also dispatch of experts, training on a contractual basis, and support to the evaluation of public administration as well as to institutional strengthening. Our main clients are the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), the Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC), the World Bank, the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and other international organizations. In addition, we work actively to provide consulting services and technical know-how to municipalities and the private sector.

Furthermore, we study and develop methods of social investigation, project management, project evaluation, organization analysis and strengthening. We also train human resources for international cooperation and create a network among them. These activities have received high marks from various quarters.

Lately, we are working on strengthening networks among international and local consultants, NGOs and universities to improve the quality of Japan’s ODA and the efficiency of the implementation of our services. We are conducting our operations in a truly participatory manner.

We will continue to meet diverse needs in international cooperation, provide consulting services of higher quality than ever, and move aggressively into new business areas.
